We are focused on providing an excellent fully managed service to landlords and delivering excellent customer service for both landlords and tenants.
Landlords
We are offering an opportunity to enjoy a successful and hands off investment where you will receive a fixed monthly rent with none of the headache of managing a property. We do it all for you. We take on your property for 5 years, we make sure it is ran efficiently and according to all current legislation, we carry out all internal maintenance at no extra cost, and you receive rent whether the property is vacant or occupied. What’s not to love.

Tenants
We recognise that tenants are very important and we want to look after you too. We aim to make the processing of moving into a new home as easy and stress-free as possible and we start by only taking a small key deposit of £100, so there’s no huge moving costs to worry about. We have a skilled team of tradesmen that deal with any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.
